Refund Policy & Warranty
Orders that are canceled before delivery or pickup and have not been assembled for you by the store are fully refundable unless:
1) We ordered the item for you and it is not normally stocked in our store, in which case, there will be a 20% cancellation charge.
2) The order was for a custom-built item and building has begun, in which case, the item may be partially refundable at the discretion of Value Office Furniture & Equipment.
3) BULK ORDERS of 10+ items may be non-cancellable if we cannot return the items. Please inquire prior to ordering.
YOUR SATISFACTION WITH OUR MERCHANDISE IS GUARANTEED.
A store credit for full value will be provided for items returned in original condition within 30 days subject to the limitations above under "Cancellations."
There are no refunds on assembly, delivery & installation charges. If we are asked to pick up returned items, a delivery charge of 10% of the item's cost plus $3/mile, minimum $40, will be incurred for the pickup.
Clearance Sale items are non-returnable.
NEW OfficeSource merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturer defects for the normal lifespan of the product. This includes laminate materials and any kind of mechanical or electrical failure. Fabrics are not included. Under this warranty, we will repair or replace at our option.
USED merchandise has a mechanical & electrical guarantee for six months, unless otherwise specified. Used electric sit-stand desks are warrantied for two years. If we cannot repair the item and we do not have another of the same item, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Fabric and paint or other finish coats are not warrantied. Laminate is warrantied against de-lamination.
New & Used Laminate products repel water on their surfaces, but all laminate products will swell if seams are submerged in water, left outdoors, left on wet flooring, or stored in high-humidity environments such as a damp basement. There is therefore no warranty on laminate products for water damage.
