Refund Policy & Warranty

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders that are canceled before delivery or pickup are fully refundable unless:

1) The item is not normally stocked in our store, in which case, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee to cover the cost of returning the item to our supplier.

2) The order was for a custom-built item and building has begun, in which case, the item may be partially refundable at the discretion of Value Office Furniture & Equipment.

Returns:

YOUR SATISFACTION WITH OUR MERCHANDISE IS GUARANTEED. 
A full-value store credit will be provided for items returned in original condition within 30 days subject to the limitations above under "Cancellations." 

There are no refunds on delivery charges. If we are asked to pick up returned items, a normal delivery charge will be incurred for the pickup.

Clearance Sale items are non-returnable.

3-YEAR WARRANTY:

All new merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturer defects for three years. This includes any kind of mechanical or electrical failure. We will repair or replace at our option. The up/down pistons on used swivel chairs are guaranteed for six months. If we cannot replace the piston, we will issue a refund for the chair in the form of store credit.
