Free Pickup

Picking up the components of your furniture for self-assembly at our store in South Windsor, CT, is free. 

We're happy to assist you in loading, but any damage during loading, transport or self-assembly is not covered by our Warranty. Bring moving blankets, cardboard and shrink-wrap to best protect your furniture.

Assembled by us for Pickup 5%

If you pick up at our store in South Windsor, we can have your furniture assembled and ready for you, for just 5% of the purchase price. Damage during transport or setup is not covered by our Warranty.

Let the Pro's do it all, for just 15% of Order Cost + $3/Mile

Minimum: $60

Wall Mounting for Hutch or Cabinet: $75 extra.

Stair-Carry Surcharge: 

5% per Flight

10% if the pieces are very heavy, there are turns on the stairways, or multiple trips up or down the stairs are required.

Minimum Stair Carry Surcharge: $50

The fees below do NOT apply to setting up items purchased from us in an area you have cleared. That's included in the standard 15% charge noted above for Assembly, Delivery & Installation.

Moving, Rearranging, Repairing or Removing existing furniture at your location:

$65/hr per Installer on premises

Removing furniture may also incur a disposal charge.
