This is the kind of stuff we can use: 

• Upholstered office furniture without any rips, stains or broken parts and not more than about 5 years old.

• Other office furniture that is in very good condition and generally not more than 10 years old.

• Cubicle Systems that are not more than 5 years old.

• Computers, flat panel TVs and monitors, printers, networking equipment, cell phones or office phone systems in good working condition and not more than 5 years old.

• Refrigerators in good working order and not more than 5 years old.
